Terms and conditions

Mark’s Pest Control has made some guidelines in order to function well. To avoid any confusion in the future, we suggest our customers read the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are exclusively made for Mark’s Pest Control clients. To avoid any misunderstandings we suggest our customers go through the terms and conditions carefully.

Our purpose behind to make terms and conditions are.

  • To be sure that things between us and our customer stay smooth. And all the procedure of pest control would be executed according to the guidelines.
  • To provide the client with promising and fast services.
  • Dealing with any complaints by clients seriously and resolve it with complete satisfaction.

Pricing

All the price quotation are prepared by Mark’s Pest Control and consist of all the conditions. However, this price quotation can be changed whenever there’s a requirement in business.

Payments

The client will receive the final cost on the day of pest treatment and the payment shall be done on the same day. A receipt will be provided to the clients after the payment, for consideration. We accept only cash or credit card for payments, if the clients want to do the payment through bank transfer, the payment shall be done before the appointment day.

Cancellations

A confirmation email was sent by Mark’s Pest Control at the time of booking and a reminder email is also sent before the day of scheduled appointment. In case of cancellation, the customer is required to inform Mark’s Pest Control about the cancellation before one working day of the scheduled appointment day. There will be no cancellation charges if the customer inform us before the one day of scheduled booking.

If the client won’t inform Mark’s Pest Control about the cancellation., there will be a cancellation charge of $90 would be applied including GST. However, if the cancellation is made from our side or due to some unavoidable circumstances, we will reschedule the appointment day.

Early Booking Amendments

Any amendments in booking is accepted before 48 hour, hence there will be no amendments entertained after the accepted period. The amendments can be made via our toll-free number or email. Mention the reference number, booking address, and booking number in the email, before writing amendments.

Liability

While we make sure that everything go safely and there will be no mishappenings. If anything go beyond the control and cause damages to anything in the premises, we were not liable. However, if anything happens because of negligence from our agents, we’ll take the responsibility. In case of any damages or loss happens and come to your notice after the work, you can write to us within 5 days.

Limitations

  • The client would be responsible if he disturbs or intervenes in the area where our agents are working.
  • The client is responsible for notifying about any active pests in the premises.
  • The pest inspection shall be done by us, and only accessible areas in the house will be inspected and inaccessible area of the house would remain.
  • All agreed services and obligation shall be between us and clients. The services will be cancelled in case of sale or change of property ownership.
